This is in reference to my experience with Oyester Homes, Chennai. They are builders cum promoters based in Chennai.

I am posting this again so that everybody who are the first buyers of flats see this review and take wise decision before investing your hard earned money.

The quality of construction is poor. everywhere the water is seeping out.

In February 2014 I got the flat from the builder and within 3 months of time the ceiling plaster fell off causing a near miss. In the photos section you can see the extent of damage to my flat.

The incident happened in the morning time and luckily nobody was there inside the house otherwise surely it would have caused serious injury and even casualty.

I called immediately the builder Mr. Balasundaram and accepted his fault. He saw the incident site and said that it has been his fault and he promised to pay the compensation to me.

But till today he has not paid me even a single rupee.

This builder is no. 1 fraud and I would suggest the new home buyers not to fall into trap of such fraudulent people.

I have filed the case and the case is pending for trial in the court.

I am sharing my experience with you all.

Oyster Homes is a builder and developer in Anna Nagar. The concern was early called Color Homes when we booked the flat and now changed to Oyster Homes.

I had booked a flat from Oyster Homes in the year 2012 and as per the agreement the builder was supposed to hand over the flat to us after a year.

As per the building plan, the flat which we booked was supposed to have a utility for a kitchen and a balcony for the master bedroom.

But as the construction proceeded, we came to know the real truth.

In the month of November 2013, we were shocked to see that both the utility and balcony were blocked. The builder did so because of some fight between him and the backside neighbors. The builder never asked our opinion or permission to close the utility and balcony.

As per the building plan, we have not got the flat as it was agreed in the sale deed and construction agreement.

So we have filed a consumer case on the BUILDER and waiting for justice and compensation.

I searched flats in chennai past 6 month finally I saw  one of  oyester homes hoarding in  MTH road, thirumullaiviol, and I went to site visit discussed with oyester people, they quoted lowest price when compare to other builder, again I visited their completed project near that site in manikandapuram, 5 th street, I satisfied with quality and finishing, finally I booked a flat in oyesterhomes project in mullaivanam, I really appreciated  oyesterhomes, they reduced their profit and gave service to new buyers thank s for oyester homes

Based on the vastu, they are fixing the indoor alignment. So people are liking them very easily.

Each and every stage of the buildings is showing directly on the spot. If any queries from the customer, immediately responding and give right remedy.

They are strictly following the time management technique. Once told to that customer, within the time period the project is implemented and completed.
