Worst example for gated community experienced at my home bhooja. They let so called rich people keep upto 7 maids in homes without servant quarters. Those maids have complete nuisance to neighbours and this kind of nuisance is encouraged by owner with no risk from police or security personnel. Health is deteriorated if you have old people at homes everyday with their drilling and hammering at night and morning to ruin ur health. Enter at your own risk of loosing your loved ones health. Most mannerless owners from film industries stay here with such filthy mindset are give free reign here.

Construction is so thin they can hear even most highly important deals through floors

Not luxury but gluttony is the word to describe this community.

There definitely nothing unique about it as exaggerated by reviews or paid publicists. Extra attitude from owners and their maids is icing on the top.

And amenities is what you pay all you want and they use all they want. Find the little happiness by being next to neighbours with 15 occupants 3 bhk house and 7 maids at times months together with no other work but listening through floors all day. who have that kind of money to be idle all day listening through floors but renting in servant quarters as a waste of money.

They is no tab on servants allowed to hire and use amenities or water comsumption per apartment. An idle servants with drilling machines and hammers are equipment they have to irritate and invade privacy of their neighbours during and when they please.

Nobody even questions this they even enjoy this incase if its not them. Families with even worse attitude even encourage this toxic behaviour with such iregularities curated for them to get away without any questions.

Servants and owners allowed to sleep in kitchen hall balcony bathroom. They are very particular on how you should live your life to sleep 24 hours a day obstructing you to have basic access to your amenities which is legal because it disturbs their 4rth nap during the day. It shared space is so can be called high society fish market of india conning foreigners and outsiders. Educated society is a complete myth here. It is complete chaos with women and men both encouraging this free rowdy life of using servants as weapons to harass neighbours.

Reality is far from this image created by brokers. When will they decide to go crazy on you you will have no clue.

Water treatment facility but bad water at times,

shower rooms in gym but no towels,

intercom but no extension for gym, helpdesk or store.

If you have lived in any other city in a similarly priced apartment, do your checks without assumptions. Everything is here, but the critical part is missing. current resident of(tower good - 2000+ 1) in My Home Bhooja.

I have visited My Home office recently to enquire about the ongoing project. I would like to purchase on the project. I enquired about the properties in online live chat first. They have provided me some mobile number contact. I called that number multiple time but no one answered the call. So, I directly went to office to meet the sales persons over there. Once I am in office they asked me to sit in some office room. I waited for almost an hour. No one came to talk to me. I was sitting alone in the room. Then I again told the security that I was waited for long time. Then security person called some sales persons. He even came after 15 mins after letting the Security Person know about my waiting. After 15 mins the sales person just came in and did show any concern or did even ask about my long waiting over there. He started showing attitude and asked me which property I was looking. I mentioned him about the project. Sales Person started mentioning the property cost so and so price and are you ok with price. Till all this conversation he did not even ask me sit. He was making me to stand and answer me these question. When I asked him to bring the brochure, he went inside and came back after 10 mins gave me the brochure and price estimate. He was showing his attitude continuously all these time and he did not even provide details or explain about the project.

I check the GST rates of the property, they were mentioning GST as 12% as other builder in Hyderabad are charging 5%. When I ask him about it. He did not answer me properly. Does My home group want to cheat customer with more GST rates?

My Home Groups my be premium group of construction. If they don't know how to behave with the customer, then there is no point in saying as a premium group at all.
