Lodha Group, Thane

Alia Lodha Group was one of the best developer and builders group Maharashtra but now they don't read their customers well they do fake promises to the customers and try to gain customers but later on they never treat their customers with good. Earlier they were having a lot of Fame in the building world but now they have lost it all. They don't have a well organised infrastructure which may provide bad experience of life to their customers. I have recently visited lodhas project in palava city and I was shocked by their performance the same thing they have repeated here no maintenance of there Infrastructures no or organised workers or not organised staff for the maintenance. They don't have any interest after buying flat from them. I don't recommend you this as I had a very bad experience with lodhas group.

Lodha Palava is a systematically organised infra structure and offering high and services to palava owners .

best quality air, infrastructure and many more other things. this is the palace where you can get a heaven on earth.

nice palace for living. lot of open palace specially in lodha luxuria.

Lodha Group Provide world class amenities facility like garden, club house, car parking, gym, kids play area, swimming pool, meditattion, sports facilitym cricket ground. and good connectivity.

Lodha is loaded with con artists. Their businessperson scarcely have any morals and will effectively cheat pure customers.I purchased 3 bhk level in Lodha Splendora Cielo and was guaranteed a secured stopping, be that as it may I am given an open stopping on possession.The points of interest sent to me for affirming the deals specified 1 stopping and there was no specify of the sort of stopping. when I enquired assist I came to realize that on deals shape they all alone have said open stopping, I have no duplicate of the same.I am will put the case in shopper gathering. Dear All,

the journey with Lodha start booking on 2nd October 2011 for the flat I am living.

Though the possession has been late by almost two years,

Now still struggle in Lodha continues it has been promised for the schools in premises So children will secure.Now the admissions in schools started and for our suprise the admission for Jr Kg already full in both Pawar Public school and Lodha world school.

If there is any cancellation of admission in Jr Kg then and the only I will get admission. Where the all promises goes about my child security and future in Lodha.

Where Shall I go after waiting for flat 7 years. Shall I leave Palava?

I am not finding any solution. Give me solution as I am a Palva residence,

The issue is not only of school but day care also.

First the Good things - you will be made to feel like King when you book your house at Palava. The grandeaour that they present, make you feel how organised and systematic they are. But unfortunately all good things end there. You do not have much options thereafter. You are left at the mercy of haphazard operations no professionalism of PCMA.

Lodha group cheat a flat buyer. builder cancel the flat of buyer after receiving 97% payment of that flat and also sell that property to other buyer without informing first buyer

The Thane District Consumer Redressel Forum has asked Lodha group to refund 90% of the amount paid by a customer to book a flat in their project, along with a compensation of Rs25, 000 as legal expenses.

Lodha is full of cheaters. Their sales man hardly have any ethics and will do anything to cheat innocent customers.

I bought 3 bhk flat in Lodha Splendora Cielo and was promised a covered parking, however I am given an open parking on possession.

The details sent to me for confirming the sales mentioned 1 parking and there was no mention of the type of parking. when I enquired further I came to know that on sales form they on their own have mentioned open parking, I have no copy of the same.

I am going to put the case in consumer forum. Even after writing to directors of the company, no one bother to resolve or correct wrong practise of their ales team. I am sure they are cheating lot of people like this only.

Please be aware of such cheaters and do not buy their properties!

I am staying in a society since 3 months which has been developed by Lodha group of builders in mumbai. When I was looking for flat for my family, I was in situation to find such a society which should have all the facilities like safeness, clean and good atmosphere away from city pollution. I got the opportunity to see the projects of Lodha by one of my collegue. Finally when I saw the society and projects developed by Lodha, I got stucked and surpised. really Lodha has considered all the aspirations in terms of healthy and easy stay for a family. They have provided all the amenities for all age group of people. For kids they have developed the park and garden. for younger boys developed the stadium and courtyard for cricket, club houses for youth to spend time in gym and indoor games, swimming pool for swimmers. Apart from that there is PCMA office which solves all the issues of people addressed at their desk.There is a temple of Ganesha which is at the center of the project needed mostly by spiritual people.

If we talk about the price, then it is worth of investing that amount of money with these facilities and amenities.

Lodha is a big brand of construction and developers lodha was awesome for building develope and architecture was so good buildings design and flooring gardens buildings colours and the quality of the buildings was excellent everything was perfect and price rates is very low cost perfect for common people to buy a flat big building I suggested to you if you think to buy a flat for your family first choice is lodha group then others and if think carrier with lodha it awesome think good luck

I have not yet received the flat as they are delaying it with no final dates, and as usual the agreement that they made is never in the favor of the customer .so I would suggest the new buyers who are planning to do so think of these th.ings before they invest their hard earned money.

They start behaving very strangely after they already had taken more than 60-70% payment .they stop work for any reason like no approval from concern authority or anything stupid .but they don't reveal this before taking the payment.now I got trapped after paying major part of the flat cost.

I purchased a flat with Lodha Palava 2 years ago. They sold it as very exotic and luxurious flat. After key handover process within 6 months below issues are encountered. When I raised complains about it they are never ready to fix the issues stating we are beyond 30 days limit.All escalation levels are for namesake.

• The locks for windows/ sliding doors broken and fall off.

• The glass used for window/wall broke and fallen into pieces

• The POP of walls near entry door and bedroom is falling off often

The cost of repairs for all damages is frustrating. It seems like the staff and builder is taking huge money from customer making false promises at the time of booking.

I will never do any further deal with Lodha.

Today I went to Lodha Palava for flat inquiry and it was one of the worst experience. Employees of Lodha are so rude, I am sure Lodha is not paying them good but we are not the people to take out that frustration.

Suggestion -Please organised more site visit rather than showing videos or 3D images(again from rude staff), with these kinds of stuff you can make fools only of typical lala community of Mumbai but certainly not the educated one.

All property seems to be well makeup from the outside. Casa Rio is next to drainage which they claims to be one of the Lake.

As compare to Lodha, Hiranandani is far far better. Their staff is polite and good.

I doubt this so called city "Palava" will never be liveable.

Saying "Lodha Palava" as Bullshit, will be an insult to "Bullshit". If you want to abuse someone, just say to him "Are you Palava".

Lodha is now in mumbai one of the lagest growing counstruction developers, lodha group launch so many projects in mumbai whith in  last 5 years which is flat avalaible for middle class faimly to Rich every one can afford this opportunity because lodha group launch his project in Dombivali as palava city I havebeen visit already it was mind blowing project in aprox so many acears

Lodha is one developer which got good response very short period.I have seen there interior design and outerlook.but cost of building is very high.so I think little bit costlier.but overall good constructions very spacious and rich In look .dining room and kitchen rooms are extremely good .now iam not interested.but in future I will go lodha.

This builder group is very nice. They are such a nice builder, their work is always perfect and they will give u a nice home.

They will give nice facilities, they will give big flats to stay.

If they take a building to redevelop whatever time they will say they will give us they will not take more than that time.

There is one word missing from lodha core it is "ethics". Professional sales team will try to sell u but if u do not fall, you would be treated like scrap. I was called for a visit for project in Thane Majiwada, where upon enquiry at office it was told near Toll Naka making it 16kms away from Thane. They promised a pick and drop from my home but provided only pick up as I was not ready to make bookings on the same day. LODHA sales rep told me to wait so that he can arrange a drop but after waiting for half an hour no drop was provided, so I came back on my own. The sales team who was calling twice a day before the meet does not even had the ethics and ettiqates to call and ask about the drop or why drop was not provided. Useless customer service. U would be treated well only if u pay them. They would also give site as thane majiwada but it is 10 KM's far from majiwada

Hello friends, I am going to share with you my opinion about the Lodha group, Mumbai. Lodha has been a well named builder and businessman in construction line. But the buildings or complex that it makes are very large and it needs huge area to be constructed.

So such area is not available in city area it's oustide city.

INFRASTRUCTURE - The infrastructure of the buildings made by Lodha group is good and very impressive. They have all facilties like schools, shopping malls, playgrounds, gymming, sports club etc.

RATE - Not depending on the area the cost of the flats in this buildings is comparatively high from the market.

OFF AREA - This societies and complexes are situated very far away from city and railway stations. So we have to travel for almost 25 minutes to reach the city or railway station and do our work.
