I'm impressed by Amaltis’s location in Sion West next to the EEH and just a few minutes from Bandra-Kurla Complex. This is one kind of connectivity that doesn’t you never come across very often. The homes are spacious and spread within 1310-2230 sq ft, and the amenities (infinity pool, sky bar, etc) also have a premium touch to them. Raheja Nova is one of the best real estate properties I have seen so far. It’s a properly planned, well-managed, scenic residential property developed away of the city’s hustle-bustle. However, it is within close proximity of IT companies. The quality of construction is especially good providing all possible amenities close to the NH4 highway.
