JR properties based in HSR layout Bangalore is a fraud company. They are selling plot which is not DC converted and has litigation issues. All their staff are teenagers who aren't getting any salary. They don't refund the booking amount of customers.

JR Properties HSR layout is fraud company. Don't make any advance payment. The property they are selling has litigation issue. So when ask for refund the initial booking amount. They will not payback. Every time they give excuses and postpone your payment.


These guys are having projects in Hebbugodi, Anekal, Mysore road etc.

The layout is good and cloe to Hosur Road and now since the proposed 6 lane highway from Neralur to Dharmapuri which is 1/2 km from the layout, the value of land has shot up
