I have booked flat in Dream World Joka project in 2018. Since 2021, Post Sales staff communication is very unprofessional. For small request, I had to followup multiple times over phone/mail. Responses do not come on time. They do not pick up calls neither they call back. I'm very much frustrated with this kind of attitude. Not sure if other owners are facing the same problem but my experience with this Post Sales team at Kolkata is not at all appreciated.

I request Dream World Project management to look into my request and get my problems resolved.

Great use of space in kitchen, huge parking area, nice southern exposure, mesmerizing ambience.The interior is very good, locality is also very. As this place is lil away from the main city, it have a very calm environment.

The concept of the projects by Jain Group is a great thing. They have different projects in different locations of Kolkata.Dream World City will give us an international experience of countries like London, Paris all due to the architecture.Traffic is an issue but can be managed.

Dream World City is a project which is apt for a perfect idea of living. I work in an renowned institution in Joka, and therefore was looking for a home nearby. Luckily, I found The Jain Group's project. There are other projects also in that area but are very costly. The price of Dream World City is unbelievable. It also has some real good amenities. I guess, will not regret investing in this group.

It's been a long time, i am looking for a quaint location, a serene vicinity. Post retirement i wanted to live in a peaceful area far from the city clamour. And Dream world city is everything that i was looking for. And the project has some amazing amenities. I have already booked a corner side flat with wife open balcony and waiting to get it delivered.

Dream World City is really an impressive project.The sizes of the rooms are quiet adequate and satisfying.The location is also nice.It is a perfect balance of happening urban life and nature's bliss.Just hoping the roads to get repaired.

Finding a home was not at all easy. the facilities I was looking for were not available all at the same time. While the one offered a great location, the other offered great facilities. But I needed the best of both worlds, and I know how frustrating it was to visit each and every site and came home with no luck. But when I came across the upcoming project Dream World City by Jain Group at Pailan, Joka, I knew that it's the home I am looking for. A beautifully planned international-themed township with a plethora of world-class amenities, Dream World City is all about plush living within a budget. I have already booked my flat there.

Recently visited Dream World City.It is near the upcoming Joka Metro.Due to traffic the distance might seem long but somehow, the project looks good.The place is crowded though, living there would be a good experience.Looking forward to their faster completion and handover.

When I was looking for a flat close to Diamond Harbour Road Joka, my friend told me about this upcoming project by Dream World City byJainGroup. I was pretty apprehensive as I have come across some badreviewsabout this upcoming residential project. But, to be honest I made the best decision ever to visit this placed. I was amazed to see the project planning. Moreover, it's well connected with the rest of the city. In a few years, the East-west metro corridor will also be open. What else could you ask for at such an unbeatable price?

Well, it's been a few months since I was looking for a 2 BHK flat close to my ancestral place in Behala. Since my parents stay there, I did not want to go very far. And this upcoming project, Dream World City is everything that I was looking for in a dream home. A great location indeed, it is going to be well connected with the East-West metro corridors in recent times. And, as I saw the planning, I found that it is going to offer me a lot of facilities that I could ever dream of this price. Well, I have already booked a flat there.
