Not many builders keep their promise these days but I must say Hiranandani team was quite professional. Got my villa on time with all basic amenities up n running. Clear documents, no hidden costs, everything is transparent ]. Also the location in Oragadam is getting better every month airport work going on, roads improving, lot of development. Happy I invested here early.

We were looking for a safe community for our parents n hiranandani parks was a no brainer. Its so green, lots of trees nd open green gardens everywhere. Also they got RELA hospital inside the township which gives us mental peace in emergencies. U get clean air, no noise nd lot of fresh vibes. Feels like living in a resort everyday.

I shifted here last year coz of job relocation to Oragadam IT hub. Didnt know much about this area but hiranandani parks really surprised me. Super clean, well planned roads, lots of green spaces n a chilled out lifestyle. And its near to many big companies so daily commute is not a headache. Recommended for working couples n families for sure.

I m a sports freak n this place feels like heaven. They got golf course, cricket ground, football turf n even an olympic pool. Like where do u get all dis in one pace. Weekends r never boring here coz there's always some event or match happening. If u love sports n nature dis is the place to be guys.

Moved in 6 months back to 2 bhk here n trust me guys the township vibe is unmatched. I mean u get everything schools, hospital, greenery nd peaceful surroundings. I got a villa plot earlier nd later booked an apartment too coz the layout is just too gud. My kids love the joining track n open spaces. Also connectivity is sorted with GST road nearby. Totally worth it!

My uncle bought a villa here like 2 years ago nd now he is fully shifted. I visited him last month nd honestly i didnt think the place will be so big inside. There are big parks, wide roads, nd so many trees all over even the villa area feels premium but not too flashy. What i liked was how calm the area is no traffic sounds or noise. He told me the township has its own school nd hospital too which is useful for families. I can see why he invested here its a proper long term place to settle.

I am into fitness and sports and my family kept telling me about this place because they got football ground and even a golf course inside. I though he was exaggerating but when I went there for a weekend match i was impressed. The Clubhouse is massive and they got gym, pool and all that. Its not just some basic setup it is proper professional. He lives in an apartment there and says the maintenance is good too. If you like staying active this society gives you all the options without needing to go out. Not many places in Chennai give this kind of vibe.

I shifted to hiranandani parks around 7 months back coz my office is in oragadam nd i was tired of driving 2 hours daily from city. The area is actually quite peaceful nd roads are way better than i expected. There's lots of greenery around the society feels nice in the morning when i go for a walk. Its not like living in a concrete jungle shops nd basic stuff are all nearby so u dont have to keep going out. My flat is spacious nd the quality is good too. Overall its been a chill experience living here.

I came to stay with my son and daughter-in-law after retiring and didnt expect to like a new place so much. Hiranandani Parks is quiet and peaceful. I take walks every morning around the gardens and spend time reading near the small fountain area. Theres a lot of space here and greenery which is good for our health. My wife joins the yoga group too. It doesnt feel like a busy city but still has all things nearby.

I travel to Pune often for work so staying near the Mumbai-Pune expressway was big plus. Panvel station is close and Mohape is even nearer. Roads here r wide and less traffic compared to city. At first I thought distance from Mumabi might be a problem but with all these infra plans, it won't matter soon. Worth it for the peaceful life. And btw, parking area and building steps feel very strong, not like those rushed constructions you see sometimes.

We moved here mainly coz of the school. The Trust school is really good and within walking distance. My kids love going out to play in the open area. There's no stress about traffic or crowd. Even the small grocery and clinic inside make daily life simpler. And knowing the hospital nearby is well-equipped gives peace of mind. I also feel happy that the lifts, stairs, flooring all look child safe and solid. Not the cheap kind of build you worry about with kids running around.

Moving to Hiranandani parks feels like moving into luxury resort. Seriously from the moment you enter everything look so grand nd well maintained. The first thing that blew me away was apartment sizes. Unlike tiny apartments in city the ones here are spacious, well ventilated nd have huge balconies. The interiors are designed really well modern, stylish nd super comfortable. Now lets talk about sports nd recreation facilities OMG its unbelievable. I have never seen residential project in Chennai that offer so much an olympic sized swimming pool, cricket ground, tennis court, football field nd massive clubhouse. If you are into sports or fitness you are gonna love it here. Another thing I really appreciate is how eco friendly township is. They have planted thousands of trees have proper waste management nd even use rainwater harvesting. Its really nice to live in a place that actually cares about the environment. Honestly I feel like I m living in a 5 star resort everyday.

I bought villa plot in hiranandani parks few years back nd wow what an amazing decision it was. When I first invested people told "Why are you buying so far from the city?" But now? The land value has gone up like crazy nd I know I made right choice. Oragadam is developing super fast so many fortune 500 companies, IT parks nd big industries are setting up here. That means the demand for housing is growing nd property prices will only go higher. I already have people asking me if I m willing to sell. But honestly looking at how this township is turning out I m tempted to build my own villa nd move in. The township itself is next level. Clear titles, proper legal approvals nd world class amenities everything is just so well planned. Its not like those small gated communities where you only get an apartment nd nothing else. Here you get golf course, clubhouse, parks, schools, hospital nd even business park coming up. So yeah whether you are looking to invest or live here it is 100% worth it. Buying villa plot in hiranandani parks is the best real estate investment I have ever made.

I mean where else do you get that in chennai? its like living in a resort. Another thing I love is how ell connected this place is. its close to major highways, upcoming airports nd tons of IT nd automobile companies.
