I had booked a flat at Hiland Greens(Tower 18, Flat 10A3) and paid all the fees in full one year ago as per the contract agreement (the last installment was paid well in advance).
I was supposed to get a flat key handover in January 2020 but due to major repairing works and several construction faults remaining, we did not get the flat handed over.
We had reported specifically those faults on 31st January 2020 after the joint inspection and shared the document with Hiland Greens, I also took a photocopy of the same as proof. Initially, they promised repair completion in a month and handover subsequently.
Ever since the snag, work has not been completed, it has been more than 1 year my family is waiting for possession of the flat.
I have been following up with the @hilandgreens team ever since and for the last 5 months I had followed up almost every single day with Mr. Manoj Senapati (Hiland greens Co-ordinator) via email as well as telephone every time there was an excuse and false promises which are not met till date.
I was fed up with such communications that are hardly making any sense so I visited the place - Hiland Greens at Bata Nagar, Maheshtala.
I was surprised to see the repair work was untouched and remained incomplete. On top of that Hiland Greens sent me a legal notice for annual maintenance charge dues payment. The funny thing is how can they demand a flat maintenance charge when the flat isn't ready to live in and handed over to me.
Now that I am constantly calling them and mailing them about the progress the entire management team is ignoring my calls and disconnecting on seeing my number for the past 1 month. I sense some fraudulent activity here. They have taken all the money from me and charging a maintenance charge for a flat that is incomplete. As per their legal contract, I was supposed to get the complete flat handover by January 2020. It's 1 year gone and still, it is unfinished. The management is now looking the other way and taking no responsibility for the delay. This is project management gone wrong on so many levels. Such incompetent fraud management is looting common people of their hard-earned money.
I demand the management of Hiland Greens to respond right now and complete my flat and give a handover now.
Whenever I am approaching the site managers they are saying the management is hiding in their offices and ran away with your money.
Is this how these big people will loot our country. We demand resolution, we demand justice.
