Review On Happy Valley Properties, Gurgaon

I was recently looking for a rented accommodation in Sec 56 in Gurgaon, that's when I came in contact with Col V.S. Sharawat of Happy Valley Properties.

He is very good in talking and he showed me a house in Devender Vihar (through another Broker).

He asked me for 1 Month brokerage and said that this men will help me get the clearance from the Society, Police verification and will followup and get all the repair work done in one week and I was to move in next Saturday. I agreed to 1 month brokerage as I had already exhausted all my leaves and didn't had any left to take and followup to ensure the repair work in completed in time and all the clearance is procured before i shift.

However, when towards the end of the week when i called up to check if the clearance has been taken for the shifting on weekend, i was surprised to know that nothing was done (even my documents, that were to be submitted with the society office was not complete). I was fortunate enough to contact the other Broker involved, who was kind enough to help me with everything and helped me shift in time.

However after struggling and following up with the Other Broker when I shifted Col Sharawat of Happy Valley Properties and his men started following up with me for their brokerage.

I would advice not to option this firm for any property transactions, as their only concern is money and they dont give any service that they commit.
