Ekta World, Mumbai

I recently visited a resale property in Ekta Invectus in Dadar, which was really impressive, offering great lifestyle amenities, high security, and a spacious house. My friend suggested this complex, so I didn’t even ask about the property price and went to view it. It is a well-constructed property, so there is nothing to dislike about it. But still, I couldn’t buy it due to the high price. The property and maintenance prices were very high and not affordable for me, which was disappointing, but if you can afford you must buy or rent the property. It is really good, offering great connectivity and comfortable living.

The pricing does feel slightly stretched for what’s on offer. Maintenance costs can pinch as time goes by, especially for the larger units. Some residents have pointed out that construction finishing could’ve been tighter, which in some units is the case. It’s also not ultra-luxury despite being positioned that way; that's why expectations need to be realistic when you go forward with your purchase. Because remember, you’re paying for space and location more than perfection.

What stood out to me at Ekta Tripolis is the apartment size; they feel larger than any average unit available in the vicinity of Goregaon. The project also enjoys solid connectivity, which makes daily travel manageable. Amenities are decent and actually usable, not just brochure fillers. The overall layout gives it a premium urban feel without going overboard. And that's why it works well for families upgrading from older buildings. In short, a fairly balanced offering you shouldn't sleep on.

I'll be straight, not everyone I spoke to about Ekta Oculus had good things to say about the builder’s post-sale support, and there are some seriously vocal complaints online from past buyers about management issues. And with just 16 units, it feels a bit exclusive but also like there aren’t enough people around to really create a vibrant, lived-in community. For the crazy price tag, I expected both stronger resale support and a more active residential culture. Connectivity is fine, but at peak times, even simple drives will turn frustrating.

What put me off was the complete lack of verified user reviews online.

For a project priced this high, I expected more resident feedback. The 3BHK units are solid, but the cost for them feels a bit stretched for what you get. The traffic outside during peak hours is a daily battle, and at the end of the day, you'll feel like you’re paying more for the name than the actual experience.

Ekta Invectus in Dadar is one of the best residential apartments that is situated in a prime location to offer great connectivity to connect it with the major areas of the city via public transport. I recently visited the complex and was very impressed with its beautiful design, well-constructed skyline buildings and spacious flats, which are specially designed to upgrade the living. I have never seen such a good complex offering high-class lifestyle amenities and top-notch security to keep the residents safe. I highly recommend Ekta Invectus, especially for those seeking a good residential property to live with their family.

My experience here has been pretty smooth so far. The tower is well-maintained, and the lobby security setup feels premium. I also love how close it is to WEH and the nearby surrounding stations; it saves me so much time. But the flat, in particular, its layout is spacious, especially the 3BHKs that come with good ventilation. It’s one of those projects where you just move in and settle without drama.

Moving into Ekta Oculus reminded me why I prioritized quality, and these 4 and 5 BHK flats are HUGE compared to most offering around Chembur, and once visited, you genuinely agree with me for the good breathing room factor. The clubhouse, gym, and pool are actual social spaces where neighbours hang out as extended friends, and the internal finishes are noticeably better than other projects I viewed. The overall neighborhood has pretty decent connectivity, and daily errands are no stress thanks to proximity to shopping and transport.

Hello ekta world employee..Kindly refund my Amount..I booked a flat in your project ekta brooklyn in virar west A-wing 101 .but due to my financial situation is not good..I lost my job due to pandemic...I won't be able to buy that flat ..I cancelled that project ..but my token amount is there with you ...it has passed 9 month but your employees are not responding well to give my token refund amount back...they are showing inappropriate behavior..I m calling but they didn't picked up my phone ..if they picked up they kept me hold for 15 to 20 mints after that call automatically cut ..so my sincere request to you all please kindly give my refund ??
