Casa Grand Zenith is such a propety that fills kids heart with many creative and innovative amenities in a very reasonble price inside city. The property is also rich looking and none of the other builder provides such kind of property in the sorrounding area. Both the middle and upper class people can afford to buy a property there.

A great high-rise apartment complex located bang on ECR. Has a great view of the sea from the top floors. The architecture is quite contemporary and the wrap-around balcony gives a very unique styling to the apartment from the inside.

Overall, its the perfect home for anyone who loves to live along the beach.

Poor customer service. Lot of delay in handover even after RERA extension

Initial handover date - Oct 2019

Postponed date- March 2020(Tentatively)

Postponed date 2 - May 2020(Tentatively)

Postponed date 3 - Oct 2020(Tentatively)

So far no good progress. EB, Parking and Amenities are still pending. Just initiated NOC. Really not sure atleast they handover is Jan 2021. RERA final date is Oct 2020.

Not allowed for site visit. If you are new purchaser, you will be allowed. Only for NOC visit they allow buyers.

Pathetic experience. Buyers are losing their money. Lot ofworst reviews we can see for CG Miro.

Hi we are planning to buy a property in casa grand, they are offering some discount for first 25 customers if booked during the pre launch of a new project but they did not tell us anything about the no pre emi offer. The possession is 2020. Can someone give me an insight on the no pre emi and pre emi advantages and disadvantages

Hello everyone, I am going to write about this casagrand home.

My Grandfather bought a house in casagrand and I noticed how good the place was. The main thing I noticed was the quality of the buildings and everyone who came home noticed how well built it was.

The customer service also was very prompt and solved any problem that I had come up and they had very good knowledge about the project and gave perfect answers for any queries.Their sales team also was very considerate and took care about the needs of the customers as well.

The staff spoke to us very courteously and gave the highest amount of respect possible while handing the matter from the start to the end and they told us that we can contact them whenever we need any help in future also.

They showed us different kinds of houses without any bias and helped us choose our own house which suits our budget and needs.The best and most rarest thing happened where they actually finished the sale and provided the keys of the property to us on time without any delay.

The product rate provided was also very cheap and to the best of my knowledge, the most value for money house available in the area and the market.The price they provided was nominal compared to the luxury they offered us and the interior of the house was also done beautifully with high class amenities which helped choose the house.
