Casagrand Builders, Chennai

I had bought an property from Casagrand, and the experience had been very bad for me. The CRM team is the worst I have encountered in my experience. They will delay the project, mess up the registration of the property, and will make you compromise on everything. It seems the aim of the CRM team is to irritate, frustrate, and stress the customers. Never Never buy from Casagrand, no matter what.

As I'm one of the residence in Arena, from the beginning the CRM and site team were not addressing my request. After the customer care team taken the step towards my villa all defects were attended and completed with many follow ups. Expecting the same for future.

As I'm one of the customer from casagrand utopia, the site visit made was good. Need to suggest my friends. But one think about CRM HAD TO RESPONSE FOR CUSTOMER MAILS.

Builder is not worthy to go for. Quality of construction is pathetic , Relationship Manager are not approachable and not pro active in providing guidance to the customer . Not worth for investing the hard earned money, project projected for go live in 2019 stil under construction and my flat rectification of defective identified during NOC in progress for 3 months. I strongly don't recommend this builder to any one.

The handing over was delayed by more than 2 years, despite of collecting the entire amount. The snag points were not attended till date. Very very worst customer support. Autocratic behaviour once the intial payment was done.

Projects are very good and more amenities with ontime delivery. Both senior citizens and children friendly.

I bought in utopia, I came to know from my friend who is staying in Irene this builder is doing service his own delight team for 10 years. Superb and I had very good experience from Casagrand, only one thing has to set more process.

PART 2: I booked for a apartment with CG for a advance of Rs. 50, 000/- and then I started asking them all the doubts that I had, no proper response, neglecting my calls, giving silly reasons etc. Then, I also gave the documents that they gave me for legal and the legal person told me that there's a lot of missing pages in their construction, documentation etc. Therefore, I decided to quit the project and asked for the refund and to be honest this refund process took a lot of time, you know what I mean. But, I didn't leave them, I kept chasing and chasing until I got my money back. Do you know why the refund takes so long? Because, the money that we give them they CASAGRAND puts into STOCKS AND MUTUAL FUND to gain more money for themselves, that's the reason it is delayed and more over CG is a big time fraud unit supported by all the frauds. NEVER NEVER GO FOR CASAGRAND, the name is BIG, ADVERTISEMENT HEAVY etc, but the people working for CG ARE CHEAP. You can trust a popper, but not these guys.

PART 1: CASAGRAND as a whole are big time cheats. I wouldn't trust them at all, since I got hit by them once and that's sufficient. They are all happy and enjoying now with the money that they have cheated, but the TRUTH never dies, and they all will suffer and die one day, that's for sure. Death is sure for all, but suffering and dying is sure for them. There's a huge difference in what I am saying. Life is not about enjoying by all malicious means, but rather with the right means. Even if it is little, one can enjoy, UNLIKE CG.

Book only if you are 200% sure about proceeding with the project, sales representative will say you can book now and cancel in 15 days, if you change your mind your refund will be credited in 15 days, that is a big fat lie. Moment they get your money your calls will not be responded by anyone in Casagrand. Sales representatives will not pick your calls, their managers will avoid your calls as well. No emails will be responded as well. You have to personally walk into sales office multiple times only to hear the same story your money is safe and it will be returned, only problem is the deadlines for refund keep extending from 15 days to 30 days to 45 days to 60 days to 75 days to 90 days to upto 1 year. I have never seen or dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. No one who is processing your refund or where it is struck. Your time and energy will be wasted. Better thing to do will be to stay away from them if you are not sure. Now I have to be honest and say here I have not started a building a project with them and in a way I am glad that I made that decision, I realised quickly how bad that could have been. This review is merely based on my experience in booking a project based on a promise to get better view from sales representative with a promise to refund if I withdraw in 15 days. Promise was not kept and he promptly put me in blocked callers list.

Don't believe a single word of theirs

Bloody blood suckers and affecting health of buyers by troubling and not listening to them. Hiding issues on their land property from buyers just to make sales. After customer has paid money, only then revealing. Total unethical business practices.
