Bought a 2 BHK flat in 2021 Mar with the promise to have the handover by Dec'21. Gradually, the handover date moved and now they say handover tentatively in Sep'22.

It feels, minimal work happening after charging 90% of amount.

Not worth buying from Casa Grand due to delay in handover.

Do not buy from casa. False promises and money minded. Quality of work is zero and delay for 5+ years though promised to give in 2 years. Unnamed brand materials will be used. Customers are treated as dogs. Beware of this company. I am struggling to get my flat for last 5 years.

Worst builder. They will not keep their promise. They will always gives wrong commitment. Delay in everywhere. Once we have paid full amount, they will treat as begger. I have taken wrong decision to book in casagrand. I have very very worst experience with them.

Paid a blocking fee of 1L for a Villa on pre launch - Casagrand Amberley

The sales guy and his manager said if u cancel it full money will be refunded.

After 2 days on 2nd may wrote a mail to them requesting to cancel and refund my booking .

Almost a month now and yet to receive the money.

Now the sales guy won’t even pick the call.

Big time cheating company . Good only till u start paying.

Once u start , they dominate u as per their own unethical business practice

Simply waste of time and money.. no proper communication, no response to the customers, no proper dates given.. and it's been 3 + years back the project wa started and still not completed.. customers are crying and Casa Grande people are enjoying the earnings in Singapore.. please see attached pic.. fake projects .. please do not prefer CG projects..

It is in 2020 Feb i was impressed and booked a flat here which is near by to my office is the best reason. They promised to handover in September 2020. Now it is May 2022 and still project is under construction only. Fake promises.. no proper communication and they do not care when u ask about handover. Unnecessarily charged around 75k without intimation before doing the modifications. No idea whether this project can be handover this year 2022. Please do not choose Casa Grande.. it's waste of time..I am simply paying EMIs every month around 40k and paying rent outside which is very painful.Please please please do not choose Casa Grande .. the failure builder with failed failed projects with fake promises...

They have legal issues.. they force us to take loan from bank which they suggest.. since casagrand have taken loan from those banks.. they can't produce documents which other proper bank ask for.. they'll scare us saying we'll open for sale.. even after we pay 10%.. till they get 100% amount they'll keep on scaring... their construction is not having any improvement... but they scare us like this 1ly... I don't think they'll handover on time.. they say may 2024 .. but that won't happen with their construction stage... they said they've finished crescendo last year itself... but didn't handover yet...

Very worst builders. Don't believe sales person.

Please don't buy here. Very cheat won't give in on time but ask you for extra money. Please who are affected have to file complaint in consumer court for compensation. Really we are very much cheated by them, we are planning to raise complaint. Stupid crm. They will threaten us. So do not go here.very very worst people. Please file complaint who ever feel got cheated.

Action should be taken by this builders.

Don't go for Casagrand.. they used to be really good until i purchased in CG Sereno.. once all units sold, they don't pay attention to that project. No workforce.. No progress for last 8 months.. Many good CRMs left as they were unable to handle customers due to prolonged handover

I was promised some discounts or swapping options at the time of booking. However the team could not keep up the promise because of which I had to cancel the booking. Now its almost 4 months and am still following up with the team for the refund. Though the team speaks politely, they are not to be trusted.

Its shocking, that I have come to know the change in the tile, They have completed 60 flats, I am very much worried, they have changed the look and feel of the house what was shown in the model flat and in their office, that's absolutely bogus and fraudulent. The richness of Signature tower has been lost, by using a low quality Matt finish, nothing close to glossy finish and the white tile. I was shocked to hear from my friends who informed me on this. All signature flat owners, we need to stand as one. They have taken whooping amount, they have breached our trust. This is a serious concern now. We need to talk to the builder, for shattering our dream house by and thanks to bring to the notice regarding the CRM. they are really poor and bad. I have been trying tor each out and no response.! Let stand together - we are 70 flats, its time to voice out for. either they they need to compensate or reduce the overall price.
