I guess have joined bit late. Have seen mixed reviews on this. I own flat with Sai Ashirwad Residency, Mangammapalya. They have kept and met their deliverable s as committed in time, as well families already started living. I would say talk to the builder and residents to understand better.

This project is completed now and well to do with few finishing touch. They are cooperative and supportive in ways compared with others. Do not believe in rumors. I say chaps talk to builder to understand better.
