This builder is seriously very worst

Its been almost 4 years since possession in Arihant Anaika (Taloja) and even after paying full money, still no amenities and worst thing is no water.

If we visit builder office, then they just pass to other employee but no one is bothered.

Avoid purchasing flats from Arihant

And similar is situation in few other projects as well

I booked a property in Anaika 4. As the Deadline of Possession was till March 2023. Today is the 1st week of May. they are still telling that it will take 2 months more. when I call to ask them about possession, they keep transferring my call from 1 person to another till 10 mins. at the end I had a word with 1 Lady. She just disconnected my call without answering my query. I mean, what kind of customer support they are providing. just to attract the customers they give me lot of offers and nice presentable schemes. once there property is sold they even dont care about the customers. But what about Our Money? Every month our Emi is deducting without any delay. I really regret to book propery in ARIHANT ANAIKA 4.

Arihant builders r constructing projects after projects, they r minting money on the expense of needy. There is no timeline date & promises r never met for possesion.

They have created a customer care, & these people do not hold any commitments. They r not bothered to apprise, suggest, help the customers. I do not want to elaborate about their construction, pathetic. !

Will advice don't go for this name.

My 1 clinet after visit

Told by arihant sale guy to come after 1month

They will give 1.5 lakh discount

And he started getting call from

Other cps

Gst also they are not providing on time

We were called by Ms.Namrata and said 675 /sqr for 1BHK the floor plan also displayed same living room 10'onwards and 13 storey bldg and we reached there and the guy who were explaining said it is 282 carpet area and only 7 floor and OC is not received spend 3hohrs to reach there and we're cheated by fruad arihant anaika builders ridiculous service and marketing team is a liar this so taloja navi mumbai is cheat people

"Arihant Infrastructure" is the worst ever builder in navi mumbai. All of his projects are overhyped and over priced. It makes false promises at the time of booking about the posession date, ementities and after sale service.

I booked flat in Arihant Anakia in Oct 2019 and that time they promised me the posession date as 2021. After booking i came to know that posession date is 2024.

I never received any of the demand letter at home through courier, everytime i have to visit their office to collect it. Entire staff is very irresponsible including Sonal Chavan, lankesh, Ankita and Nadeem Desai. They are not only irresponsible also they were rude while solving my payment issue.

I will never recommend anyone to buy flat from Arihant.
