Amanora Future Towers, Hadapsar, Pune

They have all these fancy amenities but when it comes to service they suck. My intercom is not working for the last 2 days and they have not even sent a technical after 15 calls and raising a complaint. Either way, they don't even talk properly and just keep on saying we are working.

This is not the first time I have seen this. It has happened many times and this is what they always do.

It is safe and have all moderen amenities and beautifully designed. But too much expensive. Electricity bill reaches too 16.00 RS per unit if you consumes more than 600 units in a month even more. In raining season they increase unit price for electricity. Currently they are charging 5.43 for 100 units which will last in first 5 to 6 days.After that they start charging more than 10.25 RS. They are taking 250 as MCD charges for electricity even through you don't consume single unit. Water charge are not part of yearly maintenance which is around 36500 for 1000 per square feet house.

There is no place in Pune which you can compare with Amanora township. Future towers are high class towers with no judgmental crowd.

Safety features and security staff are tow major pillars of every tower here. They celebrate all Indian and few international festivals together on a very large scale.

There is no society of residents to run monthly maintenance like in other building. So no fights or ego clash or small groups of people will be observed here. All maintenance will be taken care of Amanaora township

Place is completely safe for International delegates, celebrities.

The Swimming pool is always clean and filled with water.

I do not have any RO water fitted in the kitchen water from tap is completely safe to drink. Also 24X7 water & electricity supply.

Hygine is maintained in all lobbies and lifts. Gym is well equipped. But rent is very high.I stay in 1.5 bhk apartment on rent of Rs 23000/- per month. Owning this place is not easy now.

There is a separate garden for kids, pets, Sr. citizen, and adults. There are so many restaurants available. Also grocery shops are within the Future tower. Ganapati festival is the main attraction.
