I booked Ajmera Manhattan expecting a premium experience, but the reality didn't match up at all. The possession timeline still keeps shifting, and customer service barely responds to the queries directed to that. The sample flat felt very different from the one allotted to me. The surroundings are still dusty, and daily commuting will definitely be hectic due to nearby construction. Overall, I’d call it an average buy dressed up as luxury.

Development around is rapid, so traffic and noise are creeping in more than I had expected. Reviews enormously mention waterlogging during the monsoon in nearby blocks, with the parking and open space looking a bit constrained when visitor vehicles arrive. For the price tag, I expected smoother finishing everywhere. My advice: pre-bookers should inspect what’s done vs what’s promised, equalise, and then make a conforming decision.

While it’s affordable when compared to other properties in Ghatkopar, some of the interior finishing falls below expectations, which proves you can't get everything at a stable price. The surrounding infrastructure is still developing, so constant dust and noise will become a part of the daily routine. Apart from this, Delivery delays are also a concern I’ve heard about, with Parking being limited, which could be frustrating later. It feels more mid-range than the luxury stay they promote.

I like how Ajmera Manor gives me easy access to Borivali's railway highway; in short, I’m not stuck commuting forever. The proximity to parks and green zones adds on to that calming contrast to Mumbai’s hustle. As for the details, the Interiors are well done with vitrified tiles, good fittings, and a solid build that won't peel easily. Especially for families, there’s a sense of suburb-but-accessible factor. All in, it feels like I'm getting value for the location and the price point I signed it at.

I recently checked out Ajmera Manhattan, and in a good way, I loved how polished the project felt. The floor plans are practical, and the location in Wadala East has easy connectivity to both South Mumbai and BKC. To mention the amenities, especially the sky deck and gym, actually match visuals to visuals on what’s being marketed. At night, the view of the cityscape is as glittering as if you're watching a view from Tokyo. It’s perfect for professionals who want to stay close to the action without central Mumbai chaos.

Don’t judge a book by it's cover works so well for this building! Although it looks lovely from outside; it is not made well on the inside. There are so many cracks and so much bad finishing at other places! I did not expect this from a renowed builder.

There have been many times that the properties are not reflected with their current up to date listings. Some of the properties that are sold are also shown to be available for a booking. Sometimes there are flats that are available for sold at prices greater than the market price when that is not the actual case.

Hi Friends,


I have provided one star rating just because there is no option of any negative stars.


I have purchased a flat in New Era Yogi Dham where the builder has promised us Best Service & 24 hours water supply without any exception. But when I shifted in Oct-2018 for 2 months water supply was good. After that till now there are lots of water supply issue. We don't even get 20 mins of water per day and even after paying highest maintenance we are facing issues.


There are also many issues in finishing and lots of cracks & breakdowns already started creeping up just after 8 months of possession.


Builder forces everyone to buy parking and there is no arrangement of public parking anywhere in the society.


Builder don't even listen to us and don't care for any of our problems. Staff will never talk courteously and will neither bother of anything. They are totally fraud and do whatever they wish.


I will never recommend anyone to invest here because you hard earned money will be looted by this builder.

This review is about one of the projects of Ajmera Group - Yogi Dham New Era. I came to know about this project through their news paper ad, they curreently have the 10:80:10 scheme going on in which you pay 10% amount on booking, 80% amount goes on loan for which they bear EMI's till possession which is expected some 12 months down the line, and the remaining 10% needs to be paid after possession. They have this amazing scheme which is best suited my needs.


I had inquired about their project in MCHI exhibition in BKC held a few months back. They explained me the project in detail and arranged a car for immediate site visit which was a good gesture on their part. Their project is located some 2.5 kms away from Kalyan station and is located in a developing location.


Their rate is also very realistic and reasonable taking into consideration their quality and amenities. Overall I loved this project and got a 2BHk for all inclusive 65 L . It was an awesome experience with this group.


Hope this review helps you in making a right decision in case you are looking for a property.
