Possession in 2027 feels like an eternity if you’re looking to move soon. The Construction progress is also slow, and updates are none or scarce. The surrounding area is still developing, which adds uncertainty to the final look. I’d also expect clearer communication from the builder on the timeline and amenities. Until then, it feels more like a future investment than a ready-to-move-in home.

This new project looks well-planned, especially for young families or newlyweds. The amenities, from fitness zones to a kids’ play area, are limited, but thoughtfully designed and effective. Vikhroli West is gaining traction, and this project fits that wave. The layouts look neat, which maximizes usable space. Especially for me, it feels like a good balance of value and modern living.
