Please avoid booking your house with Aditya Constructions as they are not true to their word. The housing complex that I live in which was built by Aditya Constructions is not up to the mark. We are in a generation where the real estate market has reached its peak when it comes to the demand for homes for people. We all deserve a comfortable stay in the homes of our dream. I really think that this project does not meet the expectations of a homebuyer. Talking about the infrastructure, it is not all as great as it should be for any housing complex. The amenities that come along with this property are just below basic as the residents will not have a place for any recreational activities of their choice. Also, the staff and building maintenance does not seem to be up to the mark.

It is always a very different feeling of coming to your home after a hectic day at work. We need to feel comfortable and secure in the place we live. It is very disappointing to say that this housing project does not meet the needs of a good living. If you have a car, it could be very difficult for you to park it as the space provided is not ideal. The building has a major drainage issue and this keeps happening often. It is very frustrating for the residents. Amenities are very few. Overall a very unpleasant experience and not satisfactory.

Guys, I have visited at this side which is located in shaikhpet.my kmv project is running beside of this project and I have seen and Observed that the climate is good and the place of area is very peaceful.so that the reasons to propagate you peoples to go at this Aditya Empress towers and to get observe. Therefore the locality area is comes under municipality so I would requested to you guys once get free time and to visit who know is this place is constucting for you, suppose if you like this site very much good then don't hesitate to buy this.
