friends....just continuing my post on health tip from my previous dairy

now a light on fruits & vegetables -

Carrot + Ginger + Apple - Boost and cleanse our system

Apple + Cucumber + Celery - Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and eliminate stomach upset and headache. Now lets see who is going to resist this - >

for a fair and complexion glowing skin - mash of tomato+carrot+apple does the trick

most of us suffer from body heat (cant blame as climate is like that) so to escape try Orange + Ginger + Cucumber + kiwi.

Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney

Pear & Banana - regulates sugar content for better living..

Honeydew + Grape + Watermelon + Milk - Rich in vitamin C + Vitamin B2 that increase cell activity and strengthen body immunity

Papaya + Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin C, E, Iron. Improve skin complexion and metabolism

Banana + Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin with nutritious and prevent constipation
