Group discussion can be a tricky affair if you are trying to crack a coveted job. Several companies arrange for a group discussion session to see how are endowed with mettle and the relevant skills, and then filter the list of aspirants. The need to improve group discussion skills arise if you want to build confidence and tact while speaking in public. 1. Awareness of the topic

2. Be a good listener
