Those who are trying to get in meril life Sceinces, International Business, please beware as the GM of the company is a psycho, and he is not at all human. He treats his employees like animals, he believes in self realization and self promotion, he never ever give opportunity to grow in front of the promoters, he wants to be the face infront with the promoters, whatever your designation will be if you are reporting to him or under his team, then you will be treated like a slave, you will be treated like you are alone in this world and you are born to work and sit in office untill and unless this GM gives the permission to go home. Promoters are all blindly having faith in him as he never ever shown or promoted any other person. He has no family life and he expects the same from his colleagues, he keeps inquiring about who is doing what and what was the topic of discussions in the office when he is out of office. He has no respect for others, he can abuse any person in front of any body and when he is with promoters and will behave with you very nicely to show that he is a good person. Most of the employees who are in his team leave Meril the company within 6 months to 1 year. This GM is mad and he dictates his terms because there is no culture or system in the company who can see what he actually does to his employees. I am again warning to all who are intending to be in Meril, please do not do this mistake, I did and now I have changed the company. He has no respect for females as well.
I feel that if I can save even a single person from being getting abused,harassed etc, I have done my part honestly.
