Just now winter has been finished, now we have to welcome summer.Generally, we think that Summer means bored season as more heat is there & we feel easily tired . These days are long of them we have holidays. Nowadays there are no people around us as separate families. No neighbors as they are busy in their activity. Everyone is busy in their proper activity. with whom we have to enjoy? Still some students are enjoying by joining some new classes as like swimming, singing, playing, going to the tour, enjoying with relatives etc.
Now questions come if we will not keep attention on it means how much time we have to indulge here? then it causes a lot of problems in our health. So we must have to keep attention towards health . As our body become very weak now & we have a lot of impact on outside events. In case we didn't have time to give for health & exercise. Our time is going only in reading health articles & watching some programs. And telling to everyone no time how did we will get time?Today every newspaper & channel showing so many programs on health if we will decide to escape from it, but still we will indulge there for at least 2 minutes in this way everywhere 2 minutes means we are losing our so many time.
Let it be we shall start our tips .
1] Keep diet light, eat fruits which contains more water . We must have to keep our body in the fresh state. If we will avoid to drink more water or to eat fruits it will reduce our water from the body & our skin become pale, hair fall problem occur.
For the face & hair we are taking so many outside treatment but if we will not attend to our proper diet, outside treatment is useless.
2] Doing exercise every day is good but this season is very good for running. To get D vitamin from Sun we have to get up early in the morning & run in the morning sunlight.
If you want to be remain in the contact of nature then go to the field, tracking, nature walk, etc. So you do high style exercises in the summer but we must have to take energy drinks, water contained fruits along with it.
3] We know that when there is a change in the season then so many people are suffering from cold & cough definitely. It is good for good health as they are removing some toxins from our body & we will become easily light. We feel fresh. Body cleans & maintains our all body functions.
4] To overcome all this work we must have to take orange juice, lemon juice, or the fruits which contains Vitamin C in more proportion. Some people are suffered from the allergy as like dust, or any food's allergy
etc .
5] Common problem of summer is sleep . A lot of people didn't sleep in the summer at night. They have this complain. To me also this complain but how it was overcome when I have started to work on PC I didn't know . Now my everything is in control.
6] If you want to sleep comfortable in the summer . Work for it . Working keeps man away from all stress. Gives satisfied feeling . If we have satisfied feeling we can sleep better in any season, anywhere, any time.
