no surprise there. your experience is common with everyone. all the positive reviews are only for those who have been lucky enough to get their products. For the unlucky ones like you and me, it will be a long wait before snapdeal will do something (i am just thinking positive here)

I always take a video of any product that is delivered before I open it. So in the video I take care to show the label with all details and then i slowly open the product. If anything other than the product I ordered is there then I have some proof which I can then put it on public sites like youtub...e. So far though I have never ever experienced some nonsense being delivered (thankfully). I shop very extensively on the internet and in general the experience has been very good.
