Dear sandeep, add the emi factor. anyhow 100 this or that way does not matter if you are comfortable with the site. btw how is your experience with either flipkart / letsbuy ? I never interacted with them. thanks in advance. few minutes later: I had checked their sites . one site offers em...i for hdfc/icici but min order is 4k. second one has emi for only citi card. interesting to read the comments. till now I made transactions between 15-20. I must say I am very happy with ebay , hs18 because nothing tragic happened. product arrived on time in good conditions and especially hs18 support team were really supportive as they responded fast. ( ha ha I am no...t employee of either ebay / hs18 and I think independent review do help). I had ordered books on indiaplaza at 50% MRP. it took quite some time. but I blame these online stores only on communication part. they must tell things as it is. in this case obviously since books are heavy and it is coming at discount, they will NOT send it by speedpost, right so it took about 20-25 days time. when I get something at my door , at discounted price why should I complain. but only request them to maintain tranparency. similarly futurebazaar etc., are not bad. do search on shopping(google.com) and then get right product after doing proper research. with proper reseach you get good deals. i am waiting for a product from indiatimes. their counter(clock) started only after 7 days and despatched the product on -2 (9th day). I am surprised. let us see how the product turns up! overall do not blame others if they like their shopping experience. they may be right man! Read More

After lapse of two months of whole episode I can say that they need to improve a lot on cust service. a)I had contacted a govt.consuremer.portal core.nic.in and gave a complaint. Believe me these people are really helpful and followed up the case. b)the dish tv guys seems 'NOT' to have proper aud...iting. They could not trace a payment until I submit a credit card statement copy and they had later on other occassion charged twice for the same period. c) after my written complaint dish tv accounts people had contacted me and suggested to post a xerox copy of credit card stmt. they had later credited the amount. It only shows that they can not track their payments. But if you can give the transactions id properply they may be able to help you. d) my only grievance is that in these days when everybody is improving their cust.service DISH TV had to go miles before they can reach the goal! Mind you once TATA sky/ reliance dish tv comes ZEE DISH TV will have struggle to get and retain customers! Read More

But the way frauds are occuring I think it is high time credit card companies take precautionary steps like a)remove exp.date and cvv from card and send them separately to the card holder just like atm pin b) increase the 4 digit pin to 6 digit ...like SCB did it and allow card holder to change it later.
