@Shrutspoint:I really don't know how old are you and how long you've been using Loop. But for your reference, I've been on and off connected with Loop for almost 9 years now. With regards to MNP, I've investigated almost every service and guess you shouldve understood by now ke why haven't I've chan...ged the service and complaining about Loop. I agree all have pro's and cons for their service, but if someone has exceeded the limit you are supposed to Barr the outgoing service and not SUSPEND the service right. I mean if you have a customer who's been using your service for 4 years. and with regards to the credit limit, if you check with other service providers, if your credit limit is regularly exceeding the limit, they automatically exceed it which once even loop had done for me and that too without paying any deposit. talking about paying the exceeded amount, let me tel you something, when my last outgoing was barred i immediately went to the gallery and they didnt take 15 mins to activate the service but hardly 5 mins. I've never been a defaulter in the payment. I've always paid bills on time and sometimes when i'm travelling i pay double the amount making sure that there's enough amount to be credited for the next bill incase if i cant make it to pay it next time. with reference to telecom company call centre, my friend was a cheif supervisor at a renouned company like Vodafone and a customer care executive at Reliance so i'm quite aware of the people from both the extreme worlds and as far as knowing facts and figures are concerned i can definately make out out that i 'm aware of the facts and figures more than you atleast. I'm not complaining about anyother services but this is indecent thing if you suspend a loyal person's card only if the credit limit has exceeded and i'm sure you would agree and understand my frustation in such scenario where your card is suspended twice that too in a week?if you have a problem do ask ur customer care to infoRead More
