True. Even I had a very bad experience with the Customer care people. They DO LIE a lot. When I so Pissed off, I asked them to cancel the subscription, the call was disconnected. Try calling again, a new person will receive the call and you need to explain him from the beginning and when you ask for... cancellation, they promptly disconnect the call!! This was the worst experience I had with Airtel.Read More
