So i think you were the person about whom previously someone had written about. Just so you know, Kava is owned by the person who owns Timber Trail Resorts on the way to Kasauli/ Shimla. I think you should bring it to his notice because many a times negative feedback does not reach the right person.... the first time i went there with my friends there was a celebration of some sort going on and on being asked I got to know that it was dinner party thrown by the owner. That was before the official launch of the place. I am glad you decide not to sit silently and act. I hate when people accept things as they are without making any efforts. All the best!!!!
