The comment posted by smsatish29 itself clearly shows the attitude of CMRS Group towards answering customers. Just look at this statement of smsatish29 post. How un professional and arrogant it is: With regards to the delay, tell me one builder that doesnt delay, as a buyer we should be cautious... and estimate from the builders past record of completing the property and plan accordingly, Another statement if his post too: when buying a property we must be cautious and understanding as there are some things which are in our control and some not because of which things may not go in our favour, we cannot just blame the builder every time. None other posts/comments has likes but this particular comment has Like (2) which shows how fake it is. Finally a note to one of the Director of CMRS Group : In the history of business, anybody who scolds their customers never grown in business. They may think that they are unfair to only one customer but with their attitude they are going to kill their own business in long run as they will do the same unfair to many a customers in long run.. CMRS Group might earn money in short term but cant grow beyond certain extent unless they do not change their response to customer. if there is any concern, most of the customers understand how much genuine the issue is. If builder share the genuniness of the issue probably that might convince the customer. This has to be learn by a specific director of CMRS group who is utterly bad with his lie attitude..Read More
