Read ur comment abt the Air Deccan ATR planes and how crammed and hot temp was there inside the aircraft. These Tourbo prop planes have this disadvantage that there is no provision for hotel load where the aircon can work if the plane is just parked unlike the jetplanes. So i guess its nothing to do... with DN. If u travel by 9W tourbo props planes too u will find that aircon will work only when the plane has started.
