MouthShut must introduce a two-tier rating system. They should display two ratings for any product/service listed here:

- An overall rating which is an average of all ratings over all time for that item (which is what is shown currently)

- A recent rating which will show the average rating over the last 1 year or 2 years. This must also be shown as sometimes old ratings may be irrelevant to the present day quality or performance of that product/service.
