please give in detail what is bad abt the phone. not in general terms. buyers are very specific. why is sound bad, did you ask the service centre. maybe speaker is faulty.

My J7 pro has no faults of heating or anythg, you shud take it to service centre and clear up the issues. cJ7 pro is good value for money, best camera and battery.

sound is good on my J7 pro, pls check up at service centre. maybe speaker has a fault. my J7 pro compares with any note series in sound, maybe its not stereo though.
