It seems I am reading my own story here. There is no doubt that Airtel customer are is pathetic now a days. They are not just incompetent but worse of all they are least bothered about the customers. In my case, they disconnected my broadband connection because of a mistake at their end. And it is 1... month and they still have to restore the connection despite my constant following up with them. considering to switch over to some other ISP, only problem is that in our building only Airtel has laid the cabling.
