And this whole process of refund takes many days of time. At first place, they should not let the payment process go ahead if they don't have the stock. Your money gets blocked, you don't get the product on time (or not at all), and there is no compensation for this delay. Just an apology, that too ...after following up N number of times. I suggest they should compensate this at least by providing some additional discounts on the next purchase. Otherwise there is no other reason why we should return to tradus. Anyhow it looks like they don't want return customer and retain them. I think they are getting enough business from one time buyers. Sad thing, we trust them with our money and time and they are not that serious about it. If it was US or some EU country, they could have been sued for the compensation.Read More

Whatever you are mentioning is just superficial, only carpet area and all don't justify the quality. There are many more factors that come into picture when you stay somewhere. I hope you must have got to know by now if you are staying at Aratt property and dealing with them.
