Thanks for letting us know your plight. I too was a victim of their service and was terrified by their service. I was forced into buying a wagonR when I had made up my mind for a swift / santro back in 2010. The sales guy Victor brainwashed me. My first 3 services were fine. After my 4th service, my... tyres (front right and rear left) were changed. Thanks to my dad who noticed this and I rushed back and yelled at the the manager to which he apologised and replaced the tyres. I also realized that the service was not at all performed. The interior was as it is . When I opened the bonet, it appeared as is.
I have same advice. STAY AWAY FROM MYCAR WAKAD .
I also complained to the higher authorities to which Victor the sales guy begged me to withdraw my complaint as he would get jobless and compelled me to write a written note saying everything was fine with the service. I even regret this now as I got emotional at that time to save him. But doesn't feel good as I did not took the side of truth. This way other potential customers would have also got saved. lesson learnt now.Read More

I totally understand your concern, since I also stay in pune. I do not agree that Flipkart is fooling because it is just partnering with the local courier people in a city. In this case I would say the courier service in pune is pathetic....I stayed in pther cities and had no problems at all...Prob...lem started only when I shifted to pune...Service here is pathetic.....Read More

the website's UI claims to try the specs/glasses online...Dont get fooled by it...Its a pathetic thin line which does not help in any way how the glasses would suit you.. Stick to the old school way of visiting to the nearest optician.

this is not a consumer complaint forum..if you wan to complain...go to dealer or mechanic .this platform is for all the prospective and existing buyers to make an informed decision on the product they are buying.hence not a useful review.
