Choosing a Washing Machine

Very true... I am facing the same issue now!!! I am in Bangalore and I have bought IFB toploading washing machine 3 years back. initial two years it had failed only couple of times and the service was also prompt. But then in this year I was getting frequent failures and when I complained initially ...there used to be service ppl coming on time and these were paid services. I then took AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). Then it was like a hell...!!!! Now my spin doesnt work and I have raised same complaint 5 times now and once in thier website as well... But no response.!!!! Very very very poor quality of service.Read More
