I am deeply hurt to write this mail. I have just concluded a very disgusting call with one of your employee Satish Kumar Sharma Mobile no: +918692014455. Background of Problem I had logged a request related to video problem reference no: 39190717 on 30th July. After repeated followups one perso...n came late evening next day where he diagnosed the problem as the Dish aentena fitting. He siad he will come the next day to fix it, the entire weekend and Monday went off without any communication from Airtel. i could't have waited forever so i went ahead got a new cable connection Today i received a call from Satish Kumar Sharma for fixing the problem. When i told that today u remembered about the problem he replied in a curt way he has just received the instruction from the compnany. He used the phrase '' main yaha aap ki bakwas sunne ke liye nahi aya hun, aur yeh call center nahi hain, agar kam karwana hain to batao' I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Even with a two months balance in my Airtel Digital TV account i don't want to continue with your services. Kindly disconnect my digital TV account. Read More
