Yes, I also charged on postpaid account with 600 Rs.( which includes interest!!!! ) even I paid cash on that rides. I sent mail to their customer care. No response. Their call center person called and I informed that I already paid ride by cash and I cant pay amount again. And I asked why you have e...nabled postpaid on my account for that no response. They said we will check from their side. Sometime later again calls and SMS asking to pay due. I am getting so many calls and sms to pay the due daily which is irritating me. Also they mentioning in SMS that they will take legal action. Why I have to double pay? I never asked OLA to enable postpaid on my account. Why they have enabled postpaid without my permission? Who have given that rights to them? They have added ride money to postpaid account which I have paid by cash to driver. This is too much. They are like online thief and frauds. This kind of activity from OLA needs to be stopped to save people's money. OLA have to stop postpaid method to avoid this kind of double charged.Read More
