What resolution I can expect if your Representative says damaged fan will not be entertained under warranty. Truly speaking I just waste my money. If you can do something that will be appreciated.

I too faced similar problem with this brand. I can get a local cooler in just half of the price what I paid for Symphony Jumbo Cooler. This was one of the bad decision to opt for symphony. Within 3 months after getting the cooler it start with huge noise and when I complaint about the product. Servi...ce engineer closed the complaint with a silly excuse saying 'House was locked'. After complaining 3-4 times they visited and given another excuse that the Fan is broken and Plastic part are not come under warranty. I think this review will help you to make a decision if you guys are planing to bring the world's worst produnt to your home. BEWARE ! ! !Read More
