I have been using airtel broadband for almost 9 years. No doubt the speed is good.However the service is horrible now a days. new kids come and they dont know what to do in customer place, and they are always guided over phone by their supervisor including spelling for a simple 'Ping' command. They ...do daylight robbery in billing in the form of clip charges. Every 20th day an email will come that you have consumed 80% of your 9Gb/10Gb/30GB and they threaten you to switch over to the next higher slab plan or to buy smart bytes. After the exceeding, the default 512kbps speed, they purposely make sure that the system is very very slow. I paid the rental for my 10 year old ADSL modem for so many years ( but they have only 6 months records) and they want me to pay 1000 to change the modem. This how Airtel behaves with so called platinum customer. When I asked them to cancel my broadband connection, everyday I get minimum 2 calls from TOp people from HO, who are worse than the kids in the front office customer care, afraid to shoot an email on their promises. They talk in air only. Even though Reliance/BSNL are known devils I booked the same . 4th rate policies and support , Airtel keep it up !!! Read More

This is a highly premature product. I wonder how MTS released this in the market. I asked for a demo. Just a few minutes back, the demo was over in two minutes. Just connected MTS Blaze-wifi via my USB charger and tested the speed, end of the demo it was showing 1.36 Mbps. Where is 7.2 Mbps? ...Read more
