I am expecting a typical reply from some of their robotic people saying that we have tried reaching you at your registered number but unable to reach. Please call our customer care for further help. Whereas I have already done that and they have refused to repair the lenses for scratches.

I knew nothing will happen - and it was true. Nobody contacted even after 2 days. They just write here that they are taking action - escalated and all that but these thick skin cheaters ate my money and given back only the pieces of glass. Shame on them !
