If I check the DTDC AWB number on its website, it shows that the shipment left Delhi on Dec 14. That means Timtara shipped you the item even before you had placed the order :)

Hi Garima, Thanks for the clarification. Though what you mention to be a steep learning curve, it is indeed quite a uphill task to procure an order for a customer at your site. Imagine his plight waiting for an order to be delivered only to know much later that it wasn't to be because the main po...rtion of the address was not printed at all!!!! No amount of excuse works for incorrect printing (whether a fledgling business or an established one) and making the shopper run helter skelter to get his shipment. Similarly, if an offer is for a limited time, it is prudent to mention it upfront. That will reflect the value system of the organization itself. Cancelling it midway just because people register in huge numbers to take advantage of such an offer sends across a wrong signal to all. This was like closing the doors to potential customers. I'll just conclude by saying that 'Errors at payment gateways', 'Delayed deliveries' and 'Improper packaging' are ''acceptable'' to customers to a certain extent, but there are a few attributes that are strictly not.
