They will do that, for me, they took one month to give the connection after taking money, that too after lot of mails and calls. Even after getting connection, just call the call center guys and confirm your plan details. They may put u in wrong plan and your blood pressure may go up after seeing th...e bill. I suffered in the same way, I asked for 1299 Unlimited plan at 2 Mbps. They put me in 1299 Limited plan, after the big fight for 2 weeks, my plan was changed. They are cheating big time.
