As per fraud committee, after cheating 10 lacs of public money, fraud committee's maintenance became excellent !

Project has no valid building documents like Khata, OC etc, 15-20 sold flats under legal dispute in civil and criminal courts with cases filed against the fraud of builder/landowners and subsequent buyers for cheating and now the same trapped buyers are constantly blackmailed by the builder/landowne...rs to write fake positive reviews for settling their flat disputes. There is widespread corruption and fraud in the name of maintenance with more than 10 lakhs misappropriated by the fraud committee members out of maintenance fund collected from people. The parking belonging to residents are sold illegally by builder and landowners. Avoid this project if you want peaceful living and not a dead end. Better to conveniently ignore this illegal project and move on.Read More
