dont accept only refund from them but also claim penalty and headache charges from them we are paying them in advance to get product not the refund after 10-15 days

please check your papers properly becouse repotation of this dealer is very very poor in the market he cheats his customers like that by doing pooja cermonies and tombola programes he directly cheats you by non taking of indurance or any other kind of juglary so beware..............
i dont unders...tand one more thing that all positve feedback on this dealer posted by members are very new to mouthshut how it is possible that anyone can open his account to write about this dealer positive on same date so its doubtfull anyways cheers friend.

hi friends i have santro 2006 model my petrol expenses was more than 4000/- per month i recently installed minda cng kit in my car this kit is providing as oe from hyundai also so i tried this kit it costs me 32000/- including installation and registration expenses after installment of kit i am gett...ing average of 17 km per kg of cng (which is 11-12 earlier in petrol) and in ahmedabad cng is available 28.5 per kg and the rate of petrol is 48.5 per ltr, so earlier i run 390-410 km in one tank full petrol (35 lts 1650/- aprox) and now i am enjoying 170 kms in just rs 285/- so ealier my running cost per km is 4/- or some more and not it is just 1.65 rs per km. i am very very happy my car was littaly jerking but after setting now it as smooth as in petrol. the main problem what i facing is i have to reffill it every week becouse the tank capacity is just 10 kg and it is not available on higways or outskirt areas so i have to keep 15-20 ltrs of petrol in tank also every timeRead More

Thanks for the reply. However, I am surprised to learn that you were
not able to reach me on any of four telephone numbers, inspite of all
my four phone number working. Hence, lets do this way, you send me

Also, I had asked for the re...ason for reduction in my credit limit and
your reply is too vague. That's not the reply I was looking for.
Hence, I want you to be very specific and reply me to the following
queries : (Be specific)
a) As regards the terms and condition " The overdraft sanction may be
kept open at the sole discretion of the Bank. The Bank may, at its
sole discretion, recall the facility at any time.” If it is fine,
what about the notice period. Your letter had reached us on 2nd April
2009 however, the credit limit was reduced much before that. Why this one week delay and no
prior intimation. This clearly indicate HSBC high handness way of
functioning and this has caused lot of inconvenience to me.
b) Also, can you explain me your reply : " The reduction of overdraft
limit is based on various parameters depending on the spending
patterns, payments and frequent review done by the Business. " I want
you to explain me this. How can you at one end reduce my limit and at
the other end, your credit card department increase my limit. Both the
department have access to the same information, and the so called
"spending patterns, payments".
c) "is the sole responsibility of the account holders to verify the
account balance prior to issuance of cheque in order to avoid cheque
returns and to face any inconvenience " : Does this mean that it is
not the responsibility of bank to inform the customer about the
reduction in facility. Do you expect the customer to visit your
branch every time before issuing a cheque and not focus on the
