hi! I think your review was pretty lopsided. Can you tell me a place where u dont find slums and its not dirty? Have you seen bombay...It has got the one of the largest slum. Madras is also equally flourishing . What do you mean by dress sense ? If you are talking about the clothes that they wear,... I dont see why u should have a problem. Agreed Madras is rather conservative , but whats wrong in that. Its an inherent part of the tradition to be conservative.Its a part of the society. We would rather be safe than sorry ! What's wrong in that ? As far as I know, in South India way of life is dictated by society and in the north it is more by religion. You are talking about cheaters !! Dont you find cheaters in all other cities ? Every city has cheater in all walks of life. Looks like you have been in a low lying area of chennai.
