Dear nobroker guys,
I guess you did not read my review properly. I have mentioned that you need to resolve the complaints like mine...it seems you have many such complaints that you can not reach me among those!
Now why I marked it as not resolved? for few reasons below:
1. When I contacted y...our team multiple times, you could not resolve my complaint for 10 days despite continuous follow up. But now you came up to help me when it is mentioned on mouthshut. You could not even find out me from your database of unsatisfied customers...
2. Both of my complaints can not be resolved now. Because first- my apartment listing not making live- well after writing the review here, I registered my property on another site, which got activated immediately and now in a week's time, its already rented out! There are some competitors, who are doing better than you. Isnt it?
3. The serious thing about the data- what resolution you will be giving for this? If I am the only one to complain this(hopefully), please look into this and give resolution here itself.
Being pro-active, before you say that you cant find me in your database, as probably you can blame me for that, I am soon going to share details in few days. I am compelled to write this as Mouthshut will mark it resolved if I do not respond by tomorrow.

I purchased IFB , so far so good (for last 32 months)
The plus point I felt was about 4 years warranty...otherwise I think all are same

if you have more people, go with more place settings. Its usually number of plates and other utensils accordingly.

I think , most products are now available on amazon. I personally go with IFB's. Finish make aluminium utensils blackish, but not the case with IFB.
IFB has strong smell though....

Sorry, but I differ on this.
If you have good maid, then go ahead with maids. But many ladies are facing problems of good maids. I will not describe this problem much. But lets come to the dishwasher.
The way its built and operated is really awesome. The detergent is made for such kind of operat...ion, it has all- bleach, protein digesting(food) chemicals, carbon cleaning(burning) chemicals etc.
The temperature used in cleaning is also too high.
Agree with milk pans- however those(how many of milk pans we use in one load of washing?) could be cleaned afterwards with very minimal effort.
If you see plates(glass, steel, aluminum and good quality plastic), they are just sparkling clean ..coming out of steam....its impossible to do by hand or by maid.
Just compare with washing machines. When we wash clothes by hands, its customised cleaning, mechanical cleaning. But now the washing powders are way effective for washing machines. Its same here too.
Well... I am not against human labour...but unfortunately maids are problems and not the machines. They dont take leaves, they dont waste your soaps , dont crack your glass utensils ...etc etcRead More

Well, this seems to be a common complaint for IFb that they try to sell the additives/ accessories . However try your best not to fall in their trap.
I had read this in reviews and told the IFB shop before buying dishwasher. The person from shop was helpful and said that U need not have to fall in ...that trap. If any problem, call us or helpline.
We needed to buy only detergent, salt and rinse aid, as it was needed for demo.
I am using neptune VX for an year and till now no problem.

Read a lot about poor/ rude service and costly parts..costly servicing too... Also U need to get it serviced at their points only, not with any other servicing center...

I too had all those good experiences. I have shopped at Myntra for last 4-5 years and have found quality of product better. Their own brands are also good try in lesser cost.
However regarding (big) branded goods, I never went for those. But as per my knowledge, even such brands are having differ...ent business online and in market. You will not get same products at both places and showrooms deny to talk on online business. But none said that those are fake.

Ordinary person hardly understands the legalities of such companies. That does not mean that agents should fool him. Ethics is an integral part of business. If agents are getting best training, then it should reflect on field. And if agent is selling falsely company should take action on him.

Exactly same issue here...But PCI ppl telling me that our home is only one seen in 5 yrs without any control...
We too had their service before and got control for 6-8 months in one application. Now we have annual contract but no success yet after multiple services and couple of sprays....They are... saying that we have done our best and our cockroaches are flourishing day by day... :(Read More
