Less likely that Uber is going to read your complain here and act. Please lodge your issue with trip through App and ask them to review fare. They review the fare and return the money if deducted wrongly.

Hi Vivek, All banks has similar policy on Credit Card and a non payment of 100% leads to huge charges. I myself has been gone through such situation and understand your pain of loosing hard earned money. On suggestion of my friend in finance domain, instead of yelling on them, I called them polit...ely asked about the charges and how they were calculated. Calmly admitted my mistake of overlooking and missing part of payment. After that requested to reverse the charges as I have been a good customer all the time and this was first mistake. And magic, it worked. He took my request and forwarded to concern dept. I got a call from bank after few days notifying as service measure interest is waived this time and to be more careful in future. I realized that the person on other side of phone is also human, taking rude calls whole day. Any call that treat them with respect does wonders. Always remember name of CC exec you are talking to when they tell you in starting. Refer them by their name, talk calmly and don't complain like its their personal mistake. I have personally experienced that with this strategy most of time CC exec does everything in their control to help you. Read More

Privilege service is not about being giving privileges to you, but bank having privilege of keeping your money (Minimum Balance). Most of staff is poorly trained to actually carry out banking tasks, but instructed to pitch for some useless policy even if you visited them with some complain.

Never ever rely on Meru. Its most unreliable service. They just don't turn up at last moment. Happened to me twice that even after getting SMS with cab details it never turned up. When called said they can't come. Call center its even pathetic. No apology, and other promised cab also never arrived. ...Note: Source & Destination both were in Hyderabad. If they were not able to send cab why they confirm and even allot cabs. Pathetic service.Read More

Though I sympathize with you, but I must say your title is misleading. They did not denied printing of boarding pass because you did web checkin but for you wife because she was no present. Dear Tarun, I am not sure if its the same case with your or not, but one of my friend had an issue where on his IPhone he activated whatsapp pack and his balance of Rs.300/- was gone. When gone deeper into that we found that data used by whatsapp was free. But on smart phone like IPhone/Andriod pho...nes, lots of apps uses data without our knowledge. Like, gmail app will download mails in background using data that's charged. So, we concluded that WhatsApp like packs are useless for smartphones as there is no easy way to configure SmartPhones to say only whatsApp uses data other apps dont. I feel in a way that also a trick by Reliance as they don't make it clear. One way for Reliance to way to fix this is for Whatsapp use a different APN where other than whatsapp server is blocked so other apps will not be able to download data, but doing so will not give them easy money.Read More

This is not to say Bank does not do wrong, but for this case please check your facts. Your argument will hold valid if they credit interest for oct-mar in June but that is not the case. Interest of Jan-Jun is credit at end of June and Jul-Dec in Dec.

Don't fall for their so called privileged accounts. Other bank's normal accounts are better than those. They are just fooling people in name of wealth management and privileged account. Sorry to hear about your case. I went with Aqua Guard. Person came home and collected the cheque. Unit was delivered next day and fitted same day after delivery. Cheque was sent to clearing after fitting and confirmation call. 'Keeping my finger crossed' never had any service issue till now.

I also went through same agony when I tried to change address for my account. It took 100+ days with 3 escalations. Lame reason provided was that 2 RMs left without completing the address change process. I guess they meant if your RM leave means customers should also leave as no one else will look... your request. You are customer of RMs not Bank.Read More

From email it seems that call was not from bank employee as all ICICI bank employees get official email id @icicibank.com I heard that someone in my company got cheated by getting a personal loan instead of credit card. Person collected docs in name of credit card and instead submitted loan applica...tion. Now he is unable to trace person as he was not employee of bank. Be safe.Read More

I completely agree with you. ICICI's so called 'Wealth Management' service is nothing but ordinary savings account with black colour scheme and a annoying RM (read insurance seller). It takes me less time to get stuff done in Bank of India than ICICI (thanks to their sales pitches on every visit).
