Rohan Tarang Water Problem Thanks for the good news. Let's hope it works. Well I feel that they will have to refurbish the entire piping and pumping system since just building an overhead water tank may not solve the problem.

Rohan Tarang Phase 2 The water situation will remain erratic until the entire piping is changed since the pipes cannot withstand the pressure and give way unpredictably causing a no-water situation and lots of inconvenience . Please clarify all issues with the builder before you book the flat. I sug...gest you talk to the technical guys rather than the sales persons. Once you buy the flat there is nothing much you can do and you are left with a fait accompli. Location-wise the main advantage is the proximity to Hinjewadi IT Park and a comparatively cleaner place than other Wakad projects . The design of the flats is good but the quality of construction and after sales service is not that good. We have seepage problems in the walls due to poor construction quality. There are other problems too like non-availability of Internet Broadband and BSNL Landline etc. I suggest you discuss with your friends living here before taking a final call. About the rate - well I really don't know the prevailing rates now. Also it all depends on whether you intend to live here yourself or give the flat on rent. All the Best. Regards. VikramRead More
