About Me
I really like MouthShut because it gives me a chance to voice my opinions, especially when I’m procrastinating. I’m a Libra, so although I like to go with the flow of things, I’m also extremely opinionated. One day, I hope to have a phD in English and to become one of those really cool, encouraging English professors. (I once had a prof that told me that I was a horrible writer and that I should never become an English major. Little did she know that saying that just made me more determined). One day, I plan to live in England (maybe London, maybe not). My favorite color is orange, but I used to have goth tendencies (now, I think I was just another shameless posser) so it used to be black. My theory is that one should always buy clothes that they love because it makes them think of those clothes all the more special. If you love your clothes and you feel good in them, well, others will think you look good in them. I tend to judge people and things at face value (Don’t think I’m a hypocrit because I already know I am!), but I always give people a chance. It’s not my fault if they don’t want to take it.

Interests
I like to read, knit, crochet, and just hang out and watch tv with my friends. I DON’T like long walks on the beach primarily because I don’t like getting sandy. I have an obsession with Doc Martens (16 pairs and still counting). I like to bake, especially homemade bread. I’m originally from the Bay Area (SF), but I’m going to college about an hour away inland which makes me miss the fog horribly--strange as that seems. I used to work at Jamba Juice, and I miss the community there dreadfully. I’m secretly addicted to trashy romance novels (and since no one on this site knows me personally, it’s STILL a secret ha-HA). I’m really mad that Xena: Warrior Princess and Star Trek Voyager ended because I really loved those shows (and since I don’t have cable, I don’t really have access to them). Now, I’m just on the look out for the next great non-cable show to suck me in. I love to go shopping, but I don’t like to overspend.
